Music
We believe that music greatly enhances
our Sunday worship! A wide selection of musical styles is offered by many from within our congregation and the community.
Soloists, duets, choral groups, and instrumentalists of all ages and stages are encouraged to share their diverse musical
gifts in worship and other special services.
Choir
Mountain
View Chancel Choir provides music for Sunday worship as well as other special services throughout the year. The chancel
choir performs a variety of music and seasonal cantatas. All adults and older teens are welcome to join and sing with the
chancel choir. Regular rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The only prerequisite is a love
of music!

Mountain
View Messengers Children's Choir provides opportunities for children to be involved in the music program. This
group, for age~ K - 5th Grade, provides music in worship several times a year in addition to offering a musical program each
fall and spring. Rehearsals are held on Sunday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Liturgical Dance
The overall worship experience is often enhanced by the gifted expression of our
liturgical dance team. Mountain View's troupe compliments our worship service through spiritually choreographed movements.
